3, for the degreaser tank, increasing the temperature can accommodate more emulsified grease.
4, if the customer uses the spray line, you should choose low-foam degreaser products, most degreaser with good oil removal effect, often large foam at low temperatures, so the spray production line usually needs to be heated or winter insulation to avoid excessive foam.
However, when we degreasing the workpiece, not all occasions are the higher the temperature the better, degreaser has its appropriate temperature range, if the temperature is too high may also lead to the failure of the active agent of the product, in addition, the temperature is too high may lead to the degreaser dry after the tank, difficult to clean and other risks;
