This product is a single component, is an environmentally friendly product, does not contain chromium, does not contain phosphorus components. Using this product to seal the surface of profile aluminum alloy/die-cast aluminum alloy after trivalent chromium passivation, can form a very stable chemical properties of the fine crystal seal film in a short time, the film corrosion resistance, good electrical conductivity, strong adhesion to the paint, tank liquid maintenance and management is simple.
How to use:
1. Groove matching
(1) Dilute the tank with deionized water;
(2) Slot ratio: LQ-A610 20-30%
Clean the tank thoroughly before mixing, add the required deionized water and LQ-A610 concentrate, stir well, test its PH value, if the PH value is not in the range of 3.5-5.5, adjust it to the range.
2, the use of parameters: PH value: 3.5-5.5 Closing point: 6-9 Pt
Temperature: 45-55℃ Processing time: 3-5 minutes
PH value adjustment method: 1), if the PH value is low, use a small amount of 10% dilute ammonia water to adjust slowly.
2) If the PH value is high, add a small amount of 5% dilute sulfuric acid several times to adjust until the PH value is within the normal range.

3. Detection methods
PH value: Put a PH meter with 0.1/0.01 accuracy into a closed tank with mixing, and the value after reading and stabilizing for about 30 seconds is the PH value of the closed working liquid.
Closing point: Take 50ml of liquid into 250ml conical bottle, add 5ml 98% concentrated sulfuric acid acidification, shake
Cool evenly, add 5-6 drops of indicator, set with closed standard liquid, the color changes from purple red to bright green as the end point, and the volume (ml) of the standard liquid consumed at this time is the concentration of the tank liquid closed point.
Fourth, supplementary method
Tank liquid sealing point adjustment: 1000L tank liquid, each add 3kg LQ-A610 aluminum alloy sealing agent, the sealing point rises by about 0.1Pt.
Five, tank maintenance
1, the actual production consumption is mostly carried out consumption, the production process should regularly detect the PH value of the tank and the concentration of the tank closure point.
2, the tank liquid will be used for a long time there will be a small amount of precipitation, LQ-A610 aluminum alloy closed tank with filter use, can greatly extend its service life.
3, PH value and closed point concentration should be tested every 4h to ensure that the effective concentration is within the control range.
6. Equipment requirements
LQ-A610 aluminum alloy closed tank liquid is weak acid, tank body, fixture, heating equipment should be made of 304 stainless steel.
Seven, slot replacement cycle

8. Safety Instructions
