LQ-A512 Chromium-free Passivator for Aluminium Alloy
LQ-A512 aluminum alloy without chromium passivation agent
This product is a single component, is an environmentally friendly product, does not contain chromium, does not contain phosphorus components. This product is used for the chemical oxidation treatment of the surface of aluminum alloy profiles/die-cast aluminum alloy. The oxidation speed is fast, and the fine crystalline passivation film with extremely stable chemical properties can be formed in a short time. The film layer has corrosion resistance, good electrical conductivity and strong adhesion to the coating.
How to use:
1. Groove matching
(1) Dilute the tank with deionized water;
(2) slotting ratio: LQ-A512 chrome-free passivator 15-20%
Clean the tank thoroughly before fitting the tank, add the required deionized water and concentrate LQ-A512
Liquid, stir well, test its PH value, if the PH value is not in the range of 3.6-4.2, then adjust it to Fan

2, use parameters: PH value: 3.6-4.2 Oxidation point: 5-9 Pt
Temperature: 40-45℃ Processing time: 3-5 minutes
New slot PH value adjustment method: 1), if the PH value is low, use 10% dilute ammonia water divided into a small number of slow adjustment

2) If the PH value is high, add a small amount of 10% dilute sulfuric acid several times to adjust until the PH value is in the normal range

Detection method:
PH value: Put the PH meter with 0.1/0.01 accuracy into the passivation tank, and the value after reading and stabilizing for about 20 seconds is the PH value of the passivation working liquid.
Oxidation point: Take 100ml of tank liquid and place it in 250ml conical bottle, add 5ml 98% concentrated sulfuric acid to acidize, shake well and cool, add 5-6 drops of A indicator, drop it with B standard liquid, the color changes from purple red to bright green as the end point, and the volume (milliliters) consumed by B standard liquid is the concentration of tank liquid oxygenation point.
Supplementary method:
Experience supplement: 1000L slot, each 20m²(about 1000 pieces of mobile phone board) product supplement LQ-A512
500-800 milliliters. Test the PH value of the tank after each replenishment of concentrated liquid, if not within the range, follow the above method
Adjust until PH is within the control range.
Tank liquid oxygenation point adjustment: 1000L tank liquid, each add 3kg LQ-A512 chromium-free passivation agent, oxidation point

Tank maintenance

3, PH value and oxidation point concentration should be tested every 4h to ensure that the effective concentration is within the control range.
